All sheds come with a standard 2 year warranty which is extended to 5 years if set on a solid concrete foundation. Recreational buildings also come with a 2 year warranty which is extended to 10 years if set on a solid foundation.

With over 30 years of experience in the carpentry industry we’re doing what we love to do, providing our community with top of the line service in products! In 2020 we made the move from Pennsylvania to southwest Missouri and founded Premium Structures LLC in 2022. We started with building all types of portable structures and tiny homes, but we quickly realized the struggle for finding the quality materials we needed for the price we desired. Our goal now is not to only provide you with quality buildings but also offer a variety of materials at a very competitive price! We look forward to working with you!
