Who we are

Hi, I’m Jacob Stoltzfus, co-owner and manager of Premium Structures LLC. We are a fairly new business here in Missouri but we’re not new to the industry. My dad (Mark Stoltzfus) has been building custom homes for almost 35 years now and has built many houses for reputable builders in Pennsylvania where we lived until September of 2026. Some of the builders you may recognize, for example, Costello Builders, Keystone Custom Homes, and many more. In 2013 Mark and two other guys started New Holland Builders LLC. The business flowed smoothly but the desire for adventure and moving to the midwest never faded and finally in 2020 we made the move from Pennsylvania to a ranch in southwestern Missouri. In 2022 Premium Structures was born, but instead of building large custom homes like we did earlier we decided to pursue a different path in the portable structure industry. We now offer many different types of cabins, sheds, garages and much more, but our main focus is log cabin tiny homes. I often tell our customers “we’re not the cheapest person around and you will find a cheaper price if you look elsewhere, but if you’re looking for a high quality building for a fair price and people that actually care about you, then you’ve come to the right place”

Feel free to contact us, we’re here and ready to help!

Made in the U.S.A !

In an age where the quality American Made title seems to be losing traction our goal is to bring that back with all of our buildings made right here in southwest Missouri! We’re proud of our country and its people and want to see it stand strong throughout the ages. Thanks for supporting us!

May God Bless America!

FAQs

What is our average lead time for our buildings?

Average lead time really just depends what type of building you’re getting. If you choose from one of our shed styles you can expect 3-4 weeks from the day you order until it’s delivered. On the other hand, a custom project can take much longer, ranging anywhere from 6-12 weeks until completion. An onsite site assembly will also take an extra 1-2 weeks for setup.

What is the definition of a portable structure?

A portable structure is any type of building that can be built in shop and legally transported on a state highway. Our maximum limit is anything within 50 feet long, 16 feet wide, and 16 feet high.

What is our average lead time on building materials?

Average lead time depends on if it is a stock item or not. We do our best to keep all products on our website in stock, but we also offer special orders outside of our website. Any stock order will usually be delivered within a week of the order date. Special orders usually take much longer and most likely really just depends on what it is.

Do we offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk discounts on most of our products. Feel free to call us and ask about bulk pricing. Our website will usually automatically give you our best price once you buy a certain amount at once!

Are all of our products sourced within the USA?

No, not everything we sell is made in the USA, though we do focus on American made products simply because we believe in our own country and providing more jobs and a stronger economy right here in our home country! All our manufacturing is done within the USA and a lot of our retail products are American made. For example, our 1x6 pine boards are milled in Maine and our 7/16” OSB is sourced directly out of Texas. On the other hand items like our SPF framing lumber is sourced from Canada and our Lunawood Thermowood is sourced from Finland.

What are my delivery options?

We do local delivery for all our lumber and building material sales, $3.50 per loaded mile with a flatbed trailer, $2.80 per loaded mile with small van loads. We also offer delivery on all portable structures within the mainland of the United States with our base price starting at $5.10 a loaded mile and larger oversized loads starting at $9.25 a loaded mile.
